Quotes and scheduling
A submitted form or phone inquiry is a request for review, not a confirmed appointment. Pricing and availability are confirmed after the project details are reviewed. Some projects may require additional questions or an onsite assessment before final pricing.
Customer responsibilities
- 01Disclose every material type, including heavy, regulated, or special items.
- 02Identify and approve the container placement location.
- 03Obtain any required property, HOA, city, street, or right-of-way approvals.
- 04Keep delivery and pickup access clear during the scheduled service window.
- 05Do not move the container or load material above the top edge.
Charges and conditions
Any travel, dry-run, return-trip, additional-weight, extended-rental, or cancellation charge must be disclosed in the written quote or service terms before it applies. Final disposal weight may affect the invoice when the approved terms provide for overages.
