Common questions
01What happens after I send a request?
We review the location, material, access, and timing, then contact you using the method you chose with a clear next step. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking or a final price.
02Do you publish prices online?
No. Pricing depends on the service, location, material, volume, weight, labor, access, disposal requirements, rental period, and travel, so we quote each project after reviewing the details rather than posting numbers we can't stand behind.
03How do I know if you serve my address?
Use the service-area checker to see whether your city or ZIP looks like our normal area. A ZIP code alone never confirms coverage — we verify the full service address before scheduling.
04Should I get a container or have your crew haul it?
A container works well when you want to load on your own schedule. Full-service removal works well when you want the lifting and hauling handled. If you're unsure, choose “Help me choose” and describe the job.
05Can you take a specific item?
Use the “Can you take this?” checker. Anything we haven't reviewed shows as “Needs confirmation” rather than a guess, and we confirm it before service.
06What size container do I need?
Each size page describes what that container usually handles in real-world terms. Final sizing is confirmed after we review the material, weight, and access.
07Do you work with contractors and property managers?
Yes. Repeat, multi-site, and recurring work is reviewed through the commercial path so billing, documentation, and scheduling can be set up once.
08What if my item is hazardous or the situation is unsafe?
Do not move it. Fire, smoke, leaks, spills, unknown substances, sharps, biohazard, asbestos, or unstable structures need the appropriate emergency or licensed specialist first. Contact us afterward for the cleanup portion.
Can you take this?
Search an item to see how it's handled. Anything we haven't reviewed shows as “Needs confirmation” instead of a guess.
Type an item to see its handling status. Anything not yet reviewed shows as “Needs confirmation” — we confirm it before service rather than guessing.
