Full-service lifting and hauling
Junk Removal Without the Loading Work
Our full-service junk removal option is designed for customers who want the lifting, loading, hauling, and disposal handled by a crew. Tell us what needs to go, send photos, and we will review the volume, access, labor, material, and location.

Common removal projects
- 01Furniture, mattresses, appliances, and bulky household items.
- 02Garage, basement, attic, shed, and storage-area cleanouts.
- 03Moving, downsizing, and estate-related removal.
- 04Rental turnover and tenant-left-property removal.
- 05Office, retail, hotel, and commercial furniture removal.
- 06Yard, outdoor, renovation, and general property debris.
- 07Single-item pickup or larger multi-room removal projects.
Dumpster rental or full-service removal?
Choose full-service removal when you want the lifting and loading handled in one coordinated visit. Choose a dumpster when you prefer to load over time. For larger projects, ask whether a cleanout crew and dumpster combination makes sense.
What affects the quote
- 01Amount of material and how much truck or container space it requires.
- 02Material type, weight, disposal requirements, and special items.
- 03Number of crew members and estimated labor time.
- 04Stairs, elevators, long carries, narrow access, disassembly, or difficult lifting.
- 05Service location, travel, parking, gate access, and scheduling requirements.
Before the crew arrives
- 01Clearly identify what is being removed and what must stay.
- 02Secure pets and provide safe access to the work area.
- 03Remove personal documents, valuables, medications, and prohibited materials.
- 04Tell us about stairs, elevators, heavy items, parking restrictions, or building rules.
- 05Have an authorized decision-maker available if the scope could change.
Junk removal FAQs
01Do you remove a single item?
Single-item and small-load requests can be submitted for review. Pricing still depends on location, item type, weight, labor, access, and disposal.
02Can you remove appliances?
Appliance removal may be available. Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and other items containing refrigerant or special components must be disclosed before scheduling.
03Do you remove items from inside the property?
Full-service removal can include indoor lifting and loading when access and conditions are safe. Tell us about stairs, elevators, tight spaces, heavy items, and building rules during quoting.
04Can you provide a quote from photos?
Photos are strongly encouraged and may be enough for some requests. Larger, unusual, or unclear projects may require additional review or an onsite assessment before final pricing.
05What items can you not take?
Acceptance depends on the item, material, disposal location, and project conditions. Chemicals, liquids, paint, batteries, hazardous material, medical waste, ammunition, pressurized cylinders, and other regulated items must be disclosed and may not be accepted.
