This document applies to One Good Place Waste Solutions in the Grand Junction area and across the Western Slope of Colorado.

01

Requests and confirmation

These terms apply to website use, dumpster rentals, exchanges, pickups, recurring waste service, and related work provided by One Good Place Waste Solutions. By requesting or accepting service, you agree to these terms and any written quote, confirmation, or service agreement that applies to the job.

A request is not a confirmed booking.

Online and phone requests are subject to review of the address, service area, container and route availability, material, placement, access, timing, and final price. Service is confirmed only when One Good Place Waste Solutions accepts the request and communicates confirmation. Same-day service means a requested morning delivery and evening pickup and remains subject to availability.

02

Pricing, weight, and added charges

Published Grand Junction-area rates are shown in 11-, 18-, and 25-yard order. Same-day rates are $295 / $350 / $450; one-day rates are $325 / $375 / $475; three-day rates are $350 / $425 / $525; and seven-day rates are $375 / $450 / $575.

Each haul includes 1 / 1.5 / 2 tons by container size. Weight above the included allowance is $75 per ton. Time beyond day seven is $15 per additional day. Disposal weights are based on the disposal facility’s measurement and may not be available until after pickup.

Heavy materials, unusual materials, extended-distance delivery, permits, taxes, relocation, contamination, prohibited-item handling, return trips, and services outside the confirmed scope may be quoted or charged separately. The confirmed quote, written service agreement, or booking confirmation controls if it differs from general website information.

03

Acceptable and prohibited materials

Ordinary household cleanout material, approved construction or remodel debris, roofing material, and yard or landscape debris may be accepted when disclosed accurately and loaded within the confirmed plan. Concrete, dirt, masonry, and other dense material require advance approval and may require a different container, fill level, or price.

Do not place hazardous, toxic, flammable, explosive, corrosive, infectious, radioactive, liquid, or hot material in a container. Prohibited material includes fuel, oil, wet paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, propane cylinders, medical or biohazard waste, batteries, hot ash, and any material prohibited by law or the receiving facility.

Tires, mattresses, appliances, electronics, refrigerators or other refrigerant-containing items, and similar special-handling material are not accepted unless we approve them in advance. You are responsible for accurately describing the load and for costs, delays, cleanup, fines, or rejection caused by undisclosed or prohibited material.

04

Access and placement

You must have authority to order service at the property and to approve the requested container location. Before arrival, provide safe, lawful, and reasonably clear access with adequate gate, driveway, turning, and overhead clearance. Identify septic systems, irrigation, soft ground, low wires, underground features, restricted hours, permits, and other known hazards.

We may refuse or choose a different placement when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, likely to trap the equipment, or unsuitable for the requested container. Containers are heavy and can affect asphalt, concrete, pavers, landscaping, and other surfaces. We use reasonable care, but you accept ordinary placement and access risks for the location you approve, to the extent allowed by law.

05

Cancellations, delays, and dry runs

Call as early as possible to change or cancel service. A cancellation, failed delivery, failed exchange, or failed pickup may result in a charge when a truck or container has been dispatched, route capacity was reserved, disposal or permit costs were incurred, or the agreed notice period was not met. Any applicable amount will be based on the confirmation, service agreement, or reasonable costs disclosed for the job.

A “dry run” includes a trip that cannot be completed because access is blocked, a gate is locked, vehicles or wires interfere, the surface is unsafe, the container is overloaded or contains prohibited material, or the customer is not ready as agreed. Weather, road, facility, equipment, safety, or other conditions outside reasonable control may change the schedule. We will communicate and reschedule when practical.

06

Payment authorization

When you provide a payment method through Jobber or another approved channel, you authorize One Good Place Waste Solutions and its payment providers to store or tokenize that method and charge it for confirmed services, approved recurring service, applicable taxes, and documented additions under these terms or your service agreement.

You are responsible for keeping payment and billing information current. Invoices are due according to the confirmation or service agreement. If you believe a charge is incorrect, call (970) 465-7409 promptly so we can review it.

07

Recurring commercial service

Published recurring rates, listed in 11-, 18-, and 25-yard order, are $525 / $625 / $775 for one scheduled exchange per month and $825 / $1,025 / $1,325 for two scheduled exchanges per 28-day service cycle. Initial commercial placement is $150 and is waived with an accepted six-month agreement. Unscheduled commercial exchanges are $325 / $425 / $575.

Route dates and arrival times may vary. Additional exchanges, overage, contamination, special material, access issues, relocation, and services outside the plan may be charged separately. Account-specific proposals and signed service agreements may include different pricing, terms, locations, or service levels and will control over these general terms.

08

Safety and responsibility

Keep people, children, and animals away from trucks and containers during delivery, loading, exchange, and pickup. Do not enter, move, alter, burn in, mechanically compact, or overload a container. Material must remain below the top rail, be distributed safely, and not extend from the sides. Do not block public access or place material around the outside of the container.

You are responsible for material placed in the container and for loss, damage, injury, cleanup, delay, or third-party claims caused by your breach of these terms, unsafe site conditions you knew or should have disclosed, prohibited material, or misuse of the equipment. One Good Place Waste Solutions remains responsible for its own obligations to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

09

General terms and contact

These terms, together with the applicable quote, confirmation, and service agreement, are the agreement for the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms are governed by applicable Colorado law, without limiting consumer protections that apply where service is provided.

We may update these terms for future requests or service. The effective date at the top identifies the current website version. For booking, billing, safety, cancellation, or terms questions, call One Good Place Waste Solutions at (970) 465-7409.
