01

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you call, use this website, request service through our Jobber booking form, receive service, or otherwise contact us. That information may include:

  • Contact and account details: your name, company, phone number, email address if you choose to provide one, billing details, and service address.
  • Booking and service details: requested dates, dumpster size, rental plan, material type, placement instructions, property access, photos, messages, and other job notes.
  • Transaction details: quoted and invoiced amounts, payment status, refunds, adjustments, and records needed to manage your account.
  • Basic technical information: device, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, and website activity that may be recorded by our hosting or security providers.
Payment information

Payment methods entered in Jobber are handled by Jobber and its payment providers. We do not intentionally collect or store your full card number on this website. We may receive payment confirmations, tokenized identifiers, limited card details, and transaction records needed to provide service and maintain our records.

02

How we use information

We use information to review requests; verify location, material, placement, access, availability, and price; schedule and perform service; communicate about delivery, pickup, exchanges, invoices, and account issues; process and reconcile payments; provide customer support; maintain and improve our operations; protect customers, property, and our business; and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting a request helps us evaluate the work. It does not by itself create a confirmed booking or authorize unrelated marketing.

03

Service calls and texts

We may call or text the number you provide about your request or active service, including scheduling, arrival, placement, pickup, payment, safety, and support. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to a text to opt out of texts from that number. You may still receive essential non-marketing communications by another available channel when needed to complete or administer service. Call us at (970) 465-7409 if you need help with your communication preferences.

04

Marketing choices

We send promotional calls or texts only when we have the consent or other legal basis required for that communication. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing service. You can withdraw text-message consent by replying STOP or call us to update your preferences.

05

Service providers and sharing

We may share information with providers that help us operate, including Jobber for booking and customer management, payment processors, website hosting and security providers, communications providers, and professional advisers. These providers receive information for the work they perform for us.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect safety or property, investigate fraud or misuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

06

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through open text fields or ordinary messages.

07

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate requests, provide and document service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and may continue after service ends. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.

08

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain uses of personal information. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

This website and our services are intended for adults arranging waste service and are not directed to children. To make a privacy request, call (970) 465-7409.

09

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests can be directed to One Good Place Waste Solutions by calling (970) 465-7409.
